We love to see women really embracing their strength and health. We’re tackling issues like sarcopenia and osteoporosis together, creating a supportive community that’s about living life to the fullest. Sarcopenia is the age-related loss of muscle mass and strength, significantly impacting mobility and increasing the risk of falls in older adults. This condition can lead to a decline in quality of life and greater dependency on others for daily activities. Resistance training helps combat sarcopenia by increasing muscle mass and strength, which are crucial for maintaining mobility and reducing the risk of falls in older adults, thereby enhancing quality of life.

Resistance training helps fight Osteoporosis by applying stress to bones, which stimulates
the body to create denser bone tissue. This type of exercise also strengthens muscles,
improving balance and reducing the risk of falls, which can lead to fractures.
